Paradise Upholstery was started in 2001, after Pete Zimmerman completed the restoration of a 1972 Century that had been in his family for nearly 30 years and found the project to be something he enjoyed. Located at the Lake of the Ozarks in Osage Beach, Missouri, Paradise Upholstery provides high quality custom marine upholstery and canvas products to customers from as far away as Louisiana and Texas. Paradise Upholstery maintains the philosophy that great customer service is of the highest priority.
A number of boat manufacturers and dealers have also relied on the products and services offered by Paradise, including Voyager Marine, Tige Boats, Marty’s Marine, Skiers Wharf Extreme, Thomas Marine and Wave Enterprises.

In 2006, Paradise Upholstery enhanced its list of services to include computerized design and cutting, making Paradise the most technologically advanced custom shop in the Midwest. Although Paradise craftsmen enjoy creating individual products the old-fashioned way (by hand), computer-aided design and cutting expands capabilities in intricate custom designs. Additionally, this feature allows Paradise to extend its services to commercial customers outside of the marine industry, design and produce large quantities of a single product, and maximize productivity for larger clients, yet stay small enough to still provide personal customer service to all.
